Saint Luke Chapel and Eustis Chair
Eustis Chair designs chairs for spiritual spaces from time to time. In fact, we worked with a spiritual institution known as Saint Luke’s Chapel. This episcopal church is located in East Hampton, NY.
About East Hampton
The town of East Hampton, home to Saint Luke’s, is beautiful and has a rich history. East Hampton is the easternmost town in New York State; it is located at the Eastern end of Long Island. Interestingly, East Hampton has been known as an artist community. Beginning in the 40s and 50s, many famous artists included Jackson Pollock and Andy Warhol lived in East Hampton. Other famous people who have vacationed in East Hampton are Clintons!
About Saint Luke’s
This church is a welcoming congregation for all people. The parish describes itself as an “ever-growing community of people seeking to know and love God, neighbor and stranger.” Denis Brunelle and Leandra Lambert are clergy members at this parish.
Chairs For the Parish House
We worked with the parish to create a collection of Merrimac chairs for the Parish House at Saint Luke’s. We went with our classic Merrimac chair. This arts and craft style chair is highly durable and comes with a 10-year warranty. Additionally, they work well with the versatility of the Parish house because they stack up to ten high!
