Back Splat- A wider piece of wood used in the back assembly of a chair

Back Slat- Vertical or horizontal pieces of wood used in the back assembly of a chair

Top Back- The top back of the chair

Mid Rail- A rail close to the back of the chair 

Front Rail- Rail that runs along the front of the chair

Side Rail- Rail that runs along the side of the chair

Legs- Lower support for the chair
