We were asked by New York City architects Robert A.M. Stern to create a stacking chair for the College of William & Mary. Their dining hall at the Mason School of Business needed Georgian-style seating for a robust touch. As a result, we had a custom stacking chair become one of the stars of our collection. The William and Mary has a Colonial influence in its simple lines, but a distinct Neoclassical flair in the curled top rail. This works best in a formal dining area, especially one with soaring architectural detail.
The William and Mary chair measures 35 inches in height, which lends itself well to any setting as needed. Additionally engineered with our proprietary Eustis Joint®, this elegant new chair stacks 6-8 high, and comes with our remarkable 20 year warranty.
